SParms AUS offers shipping insurance which covers all lost, missing, or damaged parcels if you have opted in for this.
Any items that have been damaged during shipment without cover may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Yes. You are covered by a limited fair use warranty that covers all of our products against any pre existing faults from manufacturing.
This does not cover any damaged caused by misuse, whether intentional or accidental. SParms products should never be worn as protection from branches or twigs, or any other item that mayh cause abrasions or perforations.
Our products are intended to be used for sun protection only.
To lodge a warranty claim, please send us an email to info@sparms.com.au detailing the damage and present your proof of purchase upon request. We will endeavour to process claims as soon as possible.

Cooling sun sleeves
I bought the shoulder arm sleeves as I wear sleeveless tops and find them comfortable and soothing in the heat. I play golf and you are out in the sun for 4-5 hours at a time. They are excellent highly recommend.
Better than sunscreen
Sunscreen works well however at Golf it attracts dirt. It feels sticky and gritty by the end of the round. My SParms are great, feel nice and cool to wear as well. I have a few pairs, the light colours feel coolest to wear on hot sunny days.

Best substitute for sunscreen
I hate using sunscreen, these are brilliant. I went one size under the recommended size for my measurements and they fit perfectly.
