I like TheToeSpacer – they’re comfortable, good quality, and easy to clean. I just wish I could choose a brighter color, since they’re easy to lose in my gym bag. Including a small case for storage would also be a nice touch. Overall, great product, just a couple of small improvements would make it even better

After reconstructive surgery on my right ankle I haven’t been able to walk barefoot due to the pain and numbness. After using the toe spacers I’m currently doing polymetrics bare foot with very minimal pain. The stretches with the toe spacers has also increased circulation in my feet.

I have some injuries & a chronic pain condition. I’ve seen physios, podiatrists, been through rehab programs, seen a pain specialists and exercise physiologist and whilst they treat some symptoms, I’m always in pain.

I thought I’d give these a try and only 2 wks later, I’m finding I can do dorsi and plantar flexion far easier and feel more stable in mountain pose. It has made walking 10x easier! Highly recommend to anyone with chronic pain. Not one of the practitioners suggested these, but for the first time in a decade I am able to bend my toes without severe pain and setting off spasms in feet, legs and lower back.

I train martial arts and surfing. I’ve noticed my body’s balance and stability have improved since I started wearing this toe spacer for15-30mim at night. (Sometimes before training).

I am also a structural integrator and have recommended this product to many of my clients and received lots of positive comments.

I was curious to try other inexpensive alternatives but the quality was really different.
